unlucky luck

I pretty much trust fate to turn out in my favor as long as I live a life that's always positive. Even when something seems bad, it winds up good. Like when I was hanging upside down in my crashed PT Cruiser that had flipped thanks to an asshole in a white truck...he wound up getting me a bigger cash payment then I could have traded it in for on my incoming Smart Car. Which I got even sooner and allowed Alex to get mine that was on wait. Sucked, but was worth it. (I am not yet sure how slicing my finger open was a good thing but maybe had I not I would have cooked that turkey I was cutting and burned down the house. Ya just never know.)

Then I won an Olivia cruise but Alex had her important work prebooked thing the very week & I had my design class at that time...

...so maybe they felt sorry for me or something because they told me to enter the upcoming essay contest and it was a better ship and Caribbean cruise for two...and who knows, maybe I could always get lucky again. Poor Alana.

Score. We won it.

They pay for everything...EVERYTHING...and I really needed to win a good free cruise right about now during the hustle and bustle and expenses of the holidays.

Trust fate...when something sucks, if you do the right things for others in your life, it comes back to you with some reason why something negative becomes a positive. Never seems possible at the time...but life is funny that way.

ooooo I can smell that salt water soaked cruise carpet now. It's my favorite vacation and Alex wasn't sure she'd love a cruise so I had to win one to get her on board. She'll love it.

Ya cant say no to "free", baby.
