Alex made some exxxxcellent chicken (I know because she made me the same recipe with fish before)for us all

(we highly, highly recommend Olivia...they get their meat and veg from local ranches and farms and change the menu daily according to what they buy)

(I got a Kindle, the electronic book downloading thing that, truthfully, I now think everyone should have)
today Alex and I erect the tree and have an indoor picnic and wrap each other's gifts ( the last part secretly)
the finger is healing nicely from Thanksgiving finger carving as well
