Agave & Nine Sixty Nine to be honored

Agave, an energy-efficient neighborhood compiled of homes designed by Austin’s top modern architects in the subdivision of Nine Sixty Nine, along with it’s developer, (Vicinia Development), will be honored on January 15th, 2009 at the “Going Green Awards” at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Austin.. The event honors the top homebuilders and businesses positively effecting both the city and the environment. The event is sponsored by the Austin Business Journal and the Clean Air Force Coilition

Happy New Year

Gosh, I can see this blog may be waning...now with the new puppy and lots of "projects" it may just be easier to email!

I hope everyone had as wonderful a holiday as we did. Alex gave me a gorgeous new ring and I gave her a multiple diamond necklace as our big gifts...but we filled the tree with lots of other ones. Last Christmas was smaller since we were about to get the house, so we ensured this one wasn't. Although we missed our families, it was our plan to spend our first Christmas in the new house...in the new house...

and we did all we wanted and more. Lots of relaxing, playing, and honey do lists completed.

We are planning for the cruise now and so excited...may you all have as good a year as we hope you do!!
